Eating Disorder Nutrition Support
Compassionate, individualized, support for healing your relationship with food and body.
Nutrition counseling for eating disorders is so much more than meal plans and numbers. At EmbodyED NW, it’s about helping you reconnect with your body, rebuild trust with food, and create a life beyond rigid rules and shame.
Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, and non-diet principles. We believe that healing happens when we hold space for your unique experiences and move at a pace that honors your needs.

You do not need a diagnosis to receive support. Curiosity and a desire to heal are a wonderful place to begin.

FAQs
-
No. Many of our clients come to us without a formal diagnosis — and that’s okay. You might be struggling with chronic dieting, binge eating, body image distress, or a complicated relationship with food. If you’re curious about healing and want support, you’re welcome here.
-
Unfortunately, insurance does not cover our Nutrition services at this time. We do offer sliding scale spots for clients with financial need, and we will provide a superbill for clients who want them for tax purposes.
-
We cannot issue refunds for services rendered. However, if you feel that working with us is no longer a good fit, we will issue a refund for any pre-paid sessions.
To cancel a session without penalty, we require 24 hours notice prior to the session. This also applies to any requests for refunds.
If a session is not cancelled within the 24 hour window, the clinician will attempt to reschedule the session within a reasonable timeframe. At EmbodyED NW, we understand life can be unexpected; therefore, each client is granted one “pass” where they are able to reschedule a missed session (or a late cancellation) without penalty.
-

EmbodyED NW recovery coaches also provide in-person recovery support for exercise, meal-time, clothes shopping, and/or grocery shopping in the Clark County region.
